Lifting up strengths, HCRE challenges systems that create inequality and disconnection from opportunity by prioritizing preventative action, healing, relationship, and connection. We are thrilled to lend HCRE's expertise to ZOOM Transitional Housing in support of the incredible youth it serves!

The Student Advocacy Center of Michigan collaborates with underserved students and their families to support them in staying in school, exercising their rights to a quality public education, and achieving personal growth and success.
Residents of ZOOM Transitional Housing will have the opportunity to connect with mentors from the Student Advocacy Center for educational planning, mentorship, and assistance in finding and applying for available scholarships.
